Everybody needs a Guy!
When your car needs repair, your air conditioner is on the blink, or you need some type of professional advice-Everybody has a "Guy". Well, when it comes to creating mortgage strategies and solutions at the lowest rates available- I would like to think that I AM YOUR GUY!!!
I have been creating mortgage solutions for over 20 years and in 2007 was voted by my peers to be Illinois Loan Officer of the Year by The Illinois Association of Mortgage Professionals. This recognition is awarded to the nominee deemed to adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards in the industry.
I grew up in the Real Estate Business and am the 4th generation of my family to be involved the industry. I cut my teeth in the very first mortgage brokerage to open on the North Shore of Chicago. We are licensed in over 10 states to operate as both a Mortgage Banker/ Broker providing the best of both worlds. I have the experience that you need especially now that the industry is in such turmoil. I hasten to add that it was not the experienced mortgage brokers who that created the turmoil, but rather those that packaged the loans as investments at the end of the line.
Many of the investors with whom I had placed loans with over the years, have started to solicit my clients directly in an effort to eliminate Banker/Brokers from the transaction. If this happens to you, I urge you to call me since, if indeed their offer is better than what can secure for you, I will tell you honestly that this is the case. It is often true that doing nothing in a rate change case is the best choice for the borrower for numerous reasons. Let "Your Guy" be your guide and help you along the path. I know the paths well. I am "Your Guy".
