Jim is a 20-year veteran of the industry and joins 1st Advantage Mortgage after his company was acquired in the fall of 2009. During his time as Principal of Capital Funding Mortgage Company LLC, Jim led both a sales and support staff of over 70 employees while consistently ranking as one of its top originators.
Jim consistently strives to provide the best service and the best value to all of his customers through his extensive knowledge of the industry. Above all, Jim believes his success hinges on the invaluable relationships he has, and continues to build, with all of his customers and referral sources alike.
